For senior wellness coaching, we offer online sessions for general guidance, though hands-on support is based in Galway. We also connect people with local resources, activities, and Men's Shed-style programs wherever they are in Ireland. The Wild Atlantic Way runs through Donegal, Galway, Clare, and Cork—we can suggest activities and walking routes tailored to your area.
We offer flexible packages depending on what you need. Retirement readiness coaching usually runs 3–6 months with fortnightly sessions. Wellness coaching is ongoing—people often work with us for 6 months to a year as they build new habits. We're transparent about pricing and happy to discuss what fits your budget.
